Approval Process

We review every art file uploaded during the order process. You will receive an art approval email normally within 48-72 hours. Art approval will come from email address Art@chipstees.com. Please add this email address to your contacts so the art approval is not sent to spam or trash folders.

If we have any questions or concerns about your artwork, we will email them to you. If you have any questions or special directions, please include those in the comments section before uploading your artwork. You can also click HERE to send us a message directly through the Contact Us page, or to speak with a customer service rep. Call 812.753.4545.

Approval Process for Customer

Once your order is placed, our design team will create a proof for your approval and send via email. You MUST reply with your approval before the order can be sent to production. Turnaround clock begins once approved art is received. Art approval will come from the email address Art@chipstees.com. Please add this email address to your contacts so the art approval is not sent to spam or trash folders.

IMPORTANT...Check all details including ink colors, design size, print location, spelling, and grammar. We will print exactly what is approved.

Artwork Fees

Free! No fees for Standard Design art with all bulk orders. Free!! Nonstandard Design art is based at an hourly rate of $25.00. Send us the design and/or design concept to get a quote. If your art is deemed to be ‘Non-standard’ after order is placed, our art department will contact you concerning additional fees.

Creating Designs Before Placing Order

We offer a deposit option exactly for you! We will get started on your standard artwork with a $50.00 deposit per design. Deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to your order when you are ready to move forward. If your art is deemed to be ‘Non-standard’ after order is placed, our art department will contact you concerning additional fees.

Files Types Accepted

The better the file, the easier it will be for our team to reproduce your design. For best results upload artwork saved in the following formats:

BEST - .AI (Adobe Illustrator), .EPS, or .PDF (created in vector software).

GOOD - .PSD (Adobe Photoshop, .PNG, or .TIF. Resolution must be saved at minimum 200 dpi. at actual print size dimensions.

SUFFICIENT - .JPG. For jpg, the print size dimensions and resolution must be big enough to be clearly legible. JPG format will be recreated by our art department. Note: Not all jpg images are able to be recreated. The larger the size and higher the quality…the better the recreation of the design.

Help Creating High End Designs From Scratch (Race Cars Etc.)

We have an amazing team of experienced artists that are pros at taking your photographs and turning them into awesome design layouts, such as race cars. Due to the nature of creating custom car art designs, we charge a minimum fee of $300.00. Deposit is made before we can start creation of the design. Trust us though, it will be worth it! Ask to see samples of our work. Some designs may require custom color separations. Fee for color seps is $25.00 per color.

We have a highly experienced art department that is ready to help your design come to life! Need help creating your design? Nonstandard Artwork Fees

We have the skill and talent to handle complex designs. With 45+ years of experience in the t-shirt printing business, we can handle everything from simple one-color t-shirt orders to complex highly detailed multicolor designs. For complex art, we charge a $100.00 minimum art fee. Hourly art rate based for nonstandard (complex) design based at $25.00 per hour. Due to the complexity of artwork, artwork approval may take longer. Contact us to see if your design falls within our complex category.

Photographic File Artwork Acceptable?

We were one of the initial companies worldwide to digitally print high-end complex art on apparel. Obviously, we can print your photographic realistic images with almost exact replication. Photographic designs are printed with our industrial digital print machines. Better the image resolution supplied… the better the image will print. File size should be minimum 200dpi with dimension to be at least the size to be printed on the shirt.

Turn-Around Time For Design Approval

Your custom design will be ready to review within 48-72 business (weekday) hours! We are not open weekends and holidays (including one week following Christmas). Turn-around Example, if order is placed on Friday, expect to see your art on Tuesday/Wednesday. Note: Sometimes, during busy seasons, it may take a little bit longer than planned, so please bear with us as your design may be more complex or require additional attention. We value quality.

Uploading Artwork

Sending your artwork is easy! Three easy steps to place your order. Step One: Choose shirt style, Step Two: Design Information. Just click the 'Upload Artwork' tab during the Step Two ordering process. Place the image on the location you wish to have it printed. Please be sure to upload file formats that will allow for the best quality print (BEST: AI, EPS, PDF…GOOD: PSD, PNG, TIF minimum resolution 200dpi…SUFFICIENT: .JPG.

For JPG format, the print size dimensions and resolution must be big enough to be clearly legible. JPG format will be recreated by our art department. Note: Not all jpg images are able to be recreated. The larger the size and higher the quality…the better the recreation of the design.

Approval of Order

Once an order is placed SellMyTees.com art department will email final design layout for you to approve. Art will come from email address Art@chipstees.com. Enter this address into your contacts so the art approval does not go to trash or spam folders. You are required to double check over details. Once approved your order is moved to production.

Final print is based 100% upon customer approval. Make sure to double check specs for your job (Spelling, Grammer, Design colors, Shirt Colors/Sizes, Print Location).

Cancellation of Order

It is very important to enter your online order exactly as you need because there is little time to amend/cancel. Orders are processed and garments pulled as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled with no cancellation fee before art has begun for your order. Normally art work begins within 24 hours of the first weekday after order is placed. If art work has begun, there is a $50 cancellation fee. If garments have already pulled for your order, there is a 20% restocking fee as well.

To cancel an order that has been contact SellMyTees before 4:00pm (CST) on the next weekday after placing the order, via Email or Phone Call.

It is best to cancel your order via phone call at 812.753.4545. To cancel via email, email to Orders@chipstees.com and copy Sales@sellmytees.com. Order number must be provided with cancellation request. Orders may not be cancelled after 4:00pm (CST) on the next weekday after placing the order.

SellMyTees.com will work to accommodate any cancellation request even if the request is submitted after 4:00pm (CST) on the next weekday after placing the order. In cases such as this, a service charge of $10.00 will be applied if costs have been incurred.

Defects

If you find defects in your order, we will make it right. Report the defect within one week from receiving notification that the order has been shipped. Send us the order number via 'Contact Us'. Click HERE to go to the ‘Contact Us’ page. Submit a picture of the defect and details of the defects. We will credit payment or replace the shirt(s).

Note...all replacements...less than 48 pieces will be printed via the digital print method. All orders are processed based on customer approval. Final print is based 100% upon customer approval. Make sure to double check specs for your job (Spelling, Design colors, Shirt Colors/Sizes, Print Location).

Digital Print Preferred Procedure

Group orders default to screen print method unless the design is a photograph. If you desire your design, be printed digitally…list it in 'Special Instructions' located when saving your design information. Price will vary for group digitally printed orders. Price is based on quantity ordered and print size of the design.

Multiple Shirt Styles/Colors/Sizes On Order

You can order multiple garment styles, colors and sizes in the same order. Quantity discounts however are based on total quantity of adult sizes or total quantity of youth sizes. Adult and youth sizes cannot be combined for quantity order breaks.

Payment Terms

Payment in full is required at time of placing the order. Payment is paid via credit card or PayPal payment. Ordering via Purchase Order is also available. All PO orders are preapproved. To request a Purchase Order, click the ‘Request Purchase Order’ button located on the Group Orders Home page. Purchase Orders payment is due 30 days from time of order.

Print Methods

Bulk order printing is primarily printed via Screen Printing but in some cases Digital Printing will be utilized.

Both Screen Printing and Digital Printing are high quality print methods. There are advantages in certain situations for each. Low quantity orders and/or designs with a lot of colors in the design are ideal for digital printing. Bulk orders and designs with less than 7 colors are ideal for screen printing. The shirt material can be another deciding factor.

SellMyTees.com will decide which method works best for each order. Decision is always made for what is best for those placing orders. Prices vary for the digital printing method. SellMyTees is one of the first companies to print digitally in an industrial setting worldwide as well as having over 45 years of experience in the printing industry.

Purchase Orders

Ordering via Purchase Order is available. All PO orders are preapproved. To get approved to order via Purchase Order, click the ‘Request Purchase Order’ button located on the Group Orders Home page. Purchase Orders payment is due 30 days from time of order.

Quantity Price Breaks

Quantity discounts are based on total quantity of adult sizes or total quantity of youth sizes. Adult and youth sizes cannot be combined for quantity order breaks. Minimum order quantity is 24.

Samples

SellMyTees.com offers a thorough art approval process which allows you to view your artwork before the actual product is printed. If you prefer a physical sample, you can order 1 shirt. Note: This sample will be printed via our digital print method on the shirt style and color you request. Price of the shirt depends upon the shirt style plus cost of shipping. If you later place a group order of 24 or more, it will be printed via screen print method. Both digital and screen print are quality prints, however, the ink texture and colors differ slightly due to digital printing using CMYK water-based ink and screen-printing using oil-based inks.

Screen Charges

There are NO SCREEN CHARGE FEES! No screen fees for group orders. Minimum order is 24.

Delivery Time

Shipping companies transit times are under their control, obviously we cannot guarantee the number of days it will take. We however will do everything within our power to print your shirts on time. Standard time in transit varies from 1-4 days, depending upon distance traveled. All deliveries are affected by weather and unforeseen delays. It is always best practice to place your order ahead of time.

Freight Services Used

Orders shipped via UPS. USPS and FedEx are also used when necessary or the best method. Primarily group orders are shipped via UPS and small quantity orders are sent via USPS.

Free Shipping

Yes! FREE SHIPPING...For members only...orders are shipped at no charge within the Continental United States via Standard Ground. Non-members normal shipping rates apply. Shipping rates apply to Non-Member orders.

Rush Orders

Rush orders are available with an additional fee. However, due to time constraints throughout the year, we may not be accepting rush orders during those times. Please contact us if you need your order rushed.

If we approve a rush order, we will meet the ship date.

Turnaround Average Times

Turnaround time clocks starts when art approval has been received by our art department. You can speed the process up by looking for the art approval in your email.

Non-Member: Normal completion date is 12-15 business days (weekends & holidays not included) from time the order/art is approved. Due to the high number of orders turn-around times are averages, not a guaranteed time. Production time may vary during busy seasons. Please add for additional time for transit.

Member: For Member orders using Member Shirt Styles, turnaround is 10-12 business days. Non-member/Member shirt styles have a normal completion date of 12-15 business days from time the order/art is approved. This is an average turn-around time, not a guaranteed time. Production time may vary during busy seasons.

Member Speedy Turnaround: Member Exclusive Shirt Styles 560MR (JERZEES PREMIUM BLEND RING-SPUN T-SHIRT), 560LS (PREMIUM BLEND RING-SPUN LONG SLEEVE T-SHIRT), have an 8-10 business days (weekdays & holidays not included) average turnaround time, not a guaranteed time. These styles available for members only. Production time may vary during busy seasons. Please add for additional time while in transit.

Important: Turnaround time begins when both order and artwork approvals have been approved by you. Your order will be produced quicker when there is good communication during the approval process. Please look for the approval emails and reply with approval as soon as possible. Age Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or sell products on SellMyTees. If you are under 13-17 years of age you must have the permission and accompaniment of an adult.

Agreement SellMyTees & User

SellMyTees Terms and Conditions is an agreement that governs your use of SellMyTees site and service, including all orders made or processed for products or services in connection with the site and service. You and SellMyTees (division of CHIPS Inc.), an Indiana corporation providing custom, on-demand merchandise printing, sales, and other related services, are the parties to this agreement. If you choose to use features of this site and service, like opening a store to sell custom, print-on-demand products, other terms may apply in addition to these. No exceptions to these terms are effective unless SellMyTees has agreed to them in writing.

By using SellMyTees.com, you signify you have read and accepted these Conditions of Use of web site. If you do not agree to these Conditions, do not use the web site.

SellMyTees may change these terms from time to time. If SellMyTees makes changes to these terms, use of the site means you accept the new terms as a condition of continuing to use SellMyTees’ s site and service. If you disagree with any amendments, you must stop using SellMyTees’ s site and service.

You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions and additional terms or notices posted on the SellMyTees website. Your continued access or use of this website shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement or changes to the Terms and Conditions.

SellMyTees accepts no liability for any failure to comply with this agreement where such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we waive any rights available to us as per these terms & conditions on one occasion, it does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion.

If any of the terms & conditions is held to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions shall nevertheless continue in full force.

Access to this website may be terminated at any time by us without notice. Our disclaimer will nevertheless survive any such termination.

After termination SellMyTees will complete any transactions in progress in relation to your products. Final termination will take effect once these transactions have been completed.

Arbitration

Any claim arising out of or in connection of the terms and conditions may be settled via arbitration at our discretion. Users and administrators agree to be bound by the ruling of the arbitrator. Each party is entitled to legal representation.

Copyright Protection

It is essential all SellMyTees users respect copyrights. Only upload content you have created yourself and/or have permission to use. It is up to you to make sure you are not breaking any laws through use of SellMyTees. If you are a customer or browser, please respect the copyright of all the works you see or buy on SellMyTees.

SellMyTees will respond to legitimate requests under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and retains the right to deny service to any user if in SellMyTees's sole discretion, the usage or content poses a risk of allegations of infringement of the copyright (or other intellectual property right) of others.

Any claim arising out of or in connection of the terms and conditions may be settled via arbitration at our discretion. Users and administrators agree to be bound by the ruling of the arbitrator. Any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator is final, binding, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party is entitled to legal representation.

If any action or claim is filed in contravention of the arbitration rules, the parties agree to personal jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts of Indiana, Gibson County, and both waive the right to a jury trial. All claims filed or brought contrary to Dispute Resolution (SellMyTees Terms and Conditions) are improperly filed, and the non-filing party is entitled to recover all attorney’s fees and costs relating to dismissal of the improperly filed claim incurred after the non-filing party has given notice in writing of the improperly filed claim.

Claims must be conducted on an individual basis, and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

License to Print Art

SellMyTees.com does not own license/rights to images uploaded onto its site. However, by uploading images SellMyTees.com is granted a non-exclusive royalty free license to use/print your art on products for the purpose of enabling us to carry out the service.

Limitation of Liability

Subject to applicable law, under no circumstances, including negligence, will SellMyTees be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this web site, even if SellMyTees or a SellMyTees authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. SellMyTees is also not liable nor responsible for any material provided by third parties with their own respective copyright and shall not under any circumstances, be liable for any loss, damages or injury arising from these materials. Notification of Sales

SellMyTees will send a notification of purchase to the email entered by the person who has placed an order. This notification will be sent to the address entered at time of check out. SellMyTees reserves the right to review and refuse to print products at its sole discretion, either because it is in violation of Terms & Conditions, or any applicable laws, or if it violates the rights of any person, or otherwise.

Despite reasonable precautions, products may be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information or may be unavailable. This may be due to an error or similar oversight. We reserve the right to cancel an order in that event.

SellMyTees may cancel an order even if it has been confirmed and the customer's credit card or PayPal account has been charged. We reserve this right to cancel the order up until the time of delivery of the product to that customer. If a cancellation of this nature occurs after the customer has been charged for the product, the customer's credit card or PayPal account will immediately be credited for the amount in question.

You are responsible for actions made on the website using your password, including any products purchased or sold and any content displayed, or messages sent, even if these actions were not approved or contemplated by you. You are solely responsible for any loss caused by any use of your password by you, or any other person.

You agree that you will not disclose your password to any other person and you will not keep your password where it can be copied or used by anyone other than you. Change the password immediately if you suspect someone else knows your password.

SellMyTees may not be able to confirm the identity of others that may use your store or prevent them from acting under false pretenses or in a manner that infringes the rights of any person.

Sales Tax

Indiana residents will be charged a 7% sales tax.

Title to Products

Until SellMyTees receives full payment for an order and the order is shipped, title to the goods remains with SellMyTees. Upon transfer of the goods to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to the customer. The customer should handle products with care until the transfer of ownership is complete (for example, in case of a product return).

You May Not

• interfere with the site and service by using viruses or any other programs or technology designed to disrupt or damage any software or hardware
• modify, copy, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any technology used to provide the site and service
