Credit card settings are set at a high level. The address, zip code, credit card number, CCV code and expiration date must be exact.
The address entered must be the address associated with the credit card.
If the 'shipping address' is not the same as the address associated with the credit card then the 'billing address' must be entered with the credit card address.
