SellMyTees will accept any return that has been misprinted or has flawed or defective material. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the quality of the content/design (including but not limited to misspelled words, grammatical errors, formatting, design or overall appearance) before ordering a product.
Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we cannot accept returns for reason of purchasing an incorrect size. Please study the 'Size Chart' if unsure as to how an item fits. It is important to note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. We will be happy to arrange for a return and/or replacement or credit your order for misprints or shirts with flawed or defective material. All claims must be made within 14 days from receipt of merchandise.
Make a claim via 'Contact Us' page (http://www.sellmytees.com/contact-us) by selecting 'Replace/Credit Defect' and submit your request. Order number must be provided with request.
