AGS Custom Tees orders are now processed through our new printing partner, SellMyTees. All orders ar processed daily by SellMyTees at 6:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST). You may amend or cancel an order up to that time by submitting a request via SellMyTees Contact Us before 6:00 am. After 6:00 a.m. all orders are final.
To cancel an order that has already been submitted, you must contact SellMyTees before 6:00 a.m. CST via the SellMyTee Contact Us page by selecting "Cancel/Change Order" or, by email directly to OrderCancellation@SellMyTees.com. Order number must be provided with request. You may not cancel an order after 6:00 a.m. (CST) the following day of the order.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product delivery address is corrrect. SellMyTees takes no responsibility for any product a customer does not receive because of errors in the delivery address provided to us.
Despite reasonable precaustions, products may be listed with incorrect information or may be unavailable. This may be due to an error or similar oversight, or interuption in supply availability. We reserve the right to cancel an order in that event.
SellMyTees may cancel an order even if it has been confirmed and the customer's credit card or PayPal account has been charged. We reserve this right up until the time of deliver of the product to that customer. If a cancellation of this nature occurs after the customer has been charged for the product, the customer's credit card or PayPal account will immediately be credited for the amount in question.
